On-site Landscape Design Consultation:
Do you have ideas for your garden area but don’t know where to start or how to bring all the ideas together? I can help. With my expert design, horticultural and installation experience I will provide practical and creative solutions for your chosen outdoor space.
During the 90-minute consultation, including a specific pre-meeting assessment of your area, my analysis will cover soil care, plant selection plus hardscape and design options. Consideration will include needs, budget, lifestyle, Council requirements and unique site factors such as access, sunlight and slope impacts. I can help with where to source all the items you might need for your beautiful new garden along with follow up material, if required. On completion you will walk away with an achievable plan plus the confident to take the next landscaping steps. Onsite 90-min $270
If you decide to go ahead with a drawn plan, the consultation fee will be deducted from the final drawing costs.
Landscape Design Plans:
After an on site consultation to outline your design requirements, I will create a CAD (computer aided design) concept plan which include multiple design changes for your property. Designs include existing plants and building details and emailed for you to keep on pdf along with a hardcopy.
Additional information to your design can include a step-by-step guide for installation, an on-going maintenance schedule and a planting plan with a site analysis on soil health.
As each design is unique to you, a quote is provided prior to work starting which includes all the information the final presentation will include.
Designs start from $3,000 dependent on plan details.
Mini Design Plans:
With smaller yard sizes, clients have asked for something with more information than a mud map but not as detailed as a full design. Result: the Mini Design.
After an on site consultation to detail your design requirements, I will create a CAD (computer aided design) design plan based on our discussions. The plan include plant and hardscape layout and an advice page tailored for your property and garden needs. I then email to you the pdf documents, for you to either work off or show trades for more accurate quoting. Mini Designs range from $500-$2,500.
Bushfire/climate impact Design Consultation:
My own property, in the Batemans Bay area, was directly impacted by the Black Summer fires and then the follow up flooding events. I experienced first hand what plants and trees helped the fire spread and which plants did not. I continue to monitor which plants thrive through the flooding rains, and our changing weather patterns, and which did not.
Having future proofed my garden for extreme weather events, I now have a property that is beautiful with colour and interest. Let me put my first-hand knowledge and continuing research to use on your property.
With an onsite consultation filled with practical advice on plant and hardscape materials, I can help decrease the impact of the various climate conditions on your property for future seasons. $90 per hour
Landscape Design Plan to ‘Get-ready-to-sell’ package:
Create curb appeal with a stunning garden to attract the best prospective buyers. This design option is tailor-made to your requirements. It will include a site visit and consultation plus a planting plan based on the existing garden layout and a to-do list for the existing garden.
The emphasis here is on adding value to your home to sell for the highest price possible.
Designs start from $3,000 dependent on plan details.
