- ONE HOUR CONSULTATION Meeting on site, we discuss your ideas and requirements. After discussing options, I leave you with a bespoke mud map (hand drawn plan) with a list of plants and hardscape materials. All details of your new plan are discussed so you know where to source everything and what steps to take to start creating your new garden.
- NEW FOR 2025 – THE MINI DESIGN With smaller yards, clients have asked for a pdf plan with enough information to either work from themselves or help with accurate quoting from trades but without the detail of a full design thus the Mini Design was created. After the on site consultation, I will create a CAD plan with plant and hardscape layout and an advice page tailored for your garden design needs.
- FULL DESIGN PACKAGE After an on site consultation going through your wants and needs, I create a computer aided design (CAD) for your property. Multiple changes are included along with all plant and hardscape requirements along with maintenance schedule and installation requirements. As each design is unique for you, a quote is provided prior to the garden design being started.
- READY TO SELL PACKAGE If you are wanting to create the best ‘curb appeal’ to prospective buyers, I will guide you on the most practical and cost efficient ways to present your property prior to Open House. Within the one hour consultation, you will get great tips and useful suggestions on how maximize the WOW factor of your property.
- BUSHFIRE/CLIMATE IMPACT DESIGN CONSULTATIONS As part of the one hour consultation and incorporated into all my designs, the impact of possible future climate changes is considered and discussed. If you are wanting to limit the impact of weather events on your property, I will consult on how best to mitigate issues such as flooding, drought or fire. Having lived on the South Coast through all of these events, I have first hand experience with what does and does not work within our landscape when these weather events happen.
